Making a donation is the easiest way to support KittyCatz – but it’s not the only way. There are plenty of other ways you can help us if you don’t have cash to spare.
Become a foster carer
During kitten season (around April until October) we’re overwhelmed with kittens that need temporary foster homes where they can grow big and strong enough to be adopted. You can help by taking care of a kitten or small litter by providing them with a safe, loving home for a few weeks.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve got no prior experience with cats or kittens. As long as you’re passionate about taking care of kittens in need, you can help. We’ll provide you with everything, including food, litter, bedding and (above all) help and support. You don’t even need any outside space as all foster kittens need to be kept in a secure spot indoors.
If you’ve got some spare time on your hands and don’t know what to do with it, become a KittyCatz volunteer! We can use your help and time in all kinds of ways – from transporting our kittens from A to B and baking yummy treats for our events to crocheting blankets for kittens to cuddle up with and making beautiful crafts for us to sell.
Even if you can’t make any long-term commitment, we’re always happy to have extra helpers.
Attend our events
We love a party and throw events throughout the year to raise funds to support our work. From bake sales loaded with yummy cakes to kitten cuddling events with fluffy bundles of love and exciting horse racing galas, we try to host as many fun events as we can.
Come along to our next event to show your support and help us out even further by making a donation or purchasing a cupcake or handcrafted gift.
